Engenheiro, de 30 anos, foi autuado por duplo homicídio, dupla lesão corporal e embriaguez ao volante; Pena varia de 6 a 20 anos de prisão

O engenheiro Thiago Aparecido Scapin, de 30 anos, causador do acidente que matou o casal douradense Lidiane Cristine Vergilio Nascimento, de 28 anos, que estava grávida de 8 meses, e Paulo Ricardo Nascimento, de 23 anos, e deixou duas pessoas feridas, um menino de 4 anos e uma mulher de 26 anos, também da cidade de Dourado, na madrugada deste domingo (5), próximo ao km 156 da Rodovia Luís Augusto de Oliveira (SP-215), pode ir a Júri Popular e pegar de 6 a 20 anos de detenção, segundo a polícia.
Em entrevista exclusiva ao Portal RB Na Rede, o delegado Dr. Reinaldo Lopes Machado ressaltou que infelizmente a danosa combinação de álcool e direção provocou mais uma tragédia familiar e mesmo respeitando quem pensa de maneira diferente, entende que o indivíduo que ingere bebida alcoólica, se embriagando voluntariamente, para em seguida tomar a direção de um veículo automotor em uma rodovia movimentada, de pista simples e que requer uma atenção redobrada, assume o risco de se envolver em acidente e consequentemente os resultados que ocorrer. “Nota-se que o acusado foi o causador do grave acidente que deixou um saldo de dois mortos e duas pessoas feridas, e entre as vítimas fatais uma gestante de 8 meses, ao dirigir embriagado, com seus reflexos reduzidos, invadindo a pista contrária e colidindo frontalmente com outro veículo que trafegava regularmente em sua mão de direção”, explicou o delegado.
Dr. Reinaldo afirmou que diante do fato apresentado acima, não resta dúvida que o engenheiro agiu com dolo eventual, embora não desejasse o resultado, assumiu o risco de produzi-lo, e sua atitude revelou despreocupação com os danosos contratempos que sua conduta desajustada poderia acarretar, revelando um total desprezo à preservação de outras pessoas, o que o torna merecedor de severas reprimendas. “Não pode permitir que homicidas do trânsito escapem ilesos da Jurisdição Penal”, destacou.
Scapin foi autuado e preso em flagrante delito por duplo homicídio doloso, quando há intenção de matar, lesão corporal dolosa e embriaguez ao volante pelo delegado Dr. Reinaldo, titular da Delegacia de Ribeirão Bonito que estava de serviço no Plantão Policial de São Carlos durante a apresentação da ocorrência pela Polícia Militar Rodoviária, e em se tratando de delitos cujas penas máximas “in abstrato” superam o quantum fixado pelo legislador, sendo óbice intransponível à concessão de fiança, pelo menos nesta fase da investigação.
O engenheiro foi encaminhado a Cadeia Pública de São Carlos, onde está à disposição da Justiça e de acordo com o delegado poderá ir a Júri Popular.
Investigação – O delegado Dr. Reinaldo afirmou ter informações que o engenheiro participou de uma confraternização na cidade de Ribeirão Bonito, onde havia ingerido bebidas alcoólicas e assumiu o risco de dirigir embriagado, já que algumas pessoas presentes no mesmo evento tentaram esconder a chave do veículo e evitar que Scapin pegasse estrada até a sua residência em São Carlos, mas mesmo assim ele insistiu e decidiu por conduzir o carro nas condições que apresentava.
No Boletim de Ocorrência, foi informado que uma equipe da Força Tática de São Carlos teria ido até Ribeirão Bonito a serviço e teriam visto Scapin em um bar da cidade ingerindo bebidas alcoólicas, momentos antes da tragédia.
Diante dos fatos apresentados, Dr. Reinaldo solicitou que o Setor de Investigação da Delegacia de Ribeirão Bonito apure os acontecimentos e se preciso intime pessoas que estavam com Scapin para prestar esclarecimentos para ajudar na elaboração do inquérito.
Em depoimento no Plantão Policial, o engenheiro relatou que assustou com uma luz e invadiu a pista contrária atingindo um veículo.
Acidente – Por volta das 3h15min deste domingo (5), cinco pessoas, dois homens, duas mulheres, sendo uma grávida de 8 meses, e um menino de 4 anos, voltavam de Ilha Bela, litoral de São Paulo, em um Gol, prata, para a cidade onde residem, Dourado, quando próximo ao Km 156 da SP-215, foram surpreendidos por um Prisma, branco, com placas de São Carlos.
Com o impacto frontal o casal Lidiane e Paulo morreram na hora, um menino de 4 anos e uma mulher de 26 anos foram socorridos até a Santa Casa de Misericórdia de São Carlos em estado grave. O condutor do Gol, um rapaz de 25 anos nada sofreu.
O motorista do Prisma, Scapin, que teria provocado o acidente, segundo a polícia apresentava sinais de embriaguez e por isso foi submetido ao teste do etilômetro, o famoso bafômetro, e o aparelho apontou 0,52 miligramas por litro de ar no corpo do homem, sendo preso em flagrante delito e autuado nos crimes já descritos acima.
Lidiane e Paulo Ricardo se casaram no dia 16 de dezembro de 2013, a menos de um mês. O menino de 4 anos que está internado é filho da mulher que morreu, fruto do primeiro relacionamento dela.
A criança e a outra mulher continuam internados na Santa Casa de São Carlos e a saúde de ambos inspira cuidados.
O delegado Dr. Marco Aurélio Gonçalves Costa, o escrivão Giovane, o investigador Osmar e o perito Luiz estiveram no local do acidente, assim como a Polícia Militar e a Força Tática de São Carlos.
