Networking: rede de relacionamento profissional. Uma nova forma de se relacionar no mundo dos negócios

Quando fala-se em rede de relacionamento, lembramos das redes sociais (Facebook, Twitter, Badoo) e outras redes de relacionamento, que as pessoas entram em contato para fazer novas amizades e até mesmo como marcar um encontro. Algumas pessoas até usam esses meios para realizar certas práticas profissionais, para divulgar suas empresas, ofertando serviços e produtos.
Essas redes são de grande importância no meio publicitário, que muitos utilizam para divulgar para milhares de pessoas, e muitos chegam até mesmo reproduzir a sua propaganda, compartilhando seu link, como se fosse um marketing “boca a boca”, pelo fato de alguns já conhecerem e acreditarem no seu trabalho. Existe também, uma rede de contatos específica para profissionais das mais diversas áreas, e essa rede leva o nome de Linkedin, que é usado para construir e manter acesso com grupos que se interessam por um objetivo comum, chegando a formar parcerias entre empresas, ou até mesmo fazendo a prospecção de novos clientes.
A rede de relacionamento profissional, é conhecida por muitos empresários como “Networking”, que é uma expressão que simboliza uma rede de relacionamentos, que fazendo a junção de “net” (rede) e “working” (trabalhando), traduzindo ao pé da letra ficaria rede de trabalho, mas o correto é rede de relacionamento profissional.
O Networking é fundamental para quem quer desenvolver negócios e buscar parceiros, mantendo um relacionamento saudável e benéfico para ambos os envolvidos, que é um jeito modernizado de fazer negócios em um mundo corporativo altamente competitivo e acirrado. Sem parcerias hoje é complicado alavancar e fazer com que seu empreendimento se torne próspero, não que não consiga sem parcerias, mas o caminho se torna um pouco mais lento, e com o networking a prospecção de clientes e a alavancagem do negócio se torna mais rápido, pelo fato de alguns dos parceiros já ter contato com uma vasta carteira de clientes.
Quem São esses parceiros? Os parceiros são:clientes, fornecedores, consultores, colaboradores (funcionários), e empresários do mesmo setor. Certo que a concorrência irá existir, mas hoje muitos empresários, gestores de grandes corporações deixaram de ser concorrentes e se uniram, fundiram, ou até mesmo formaram um associativismo, um núcleo de negócios, que todos são beneficiados e contemplados.
Já dizia um velho ditado “a união faz a força”, que podemos chamar de sinergia positiva, um laço de cooperativismo e associativismo mútuo entre as empresas gerando assim empresas sólidas, lucrativas e rentáveis. Como se diz “Se é bom pra você, também tem que ser bom para minha empresa também.”, que é denominado como “ganha-ganha”.
Um exemplo de Networking são as empresas de eventos que realizam shows, eventos sociais, casamentos, aniversários, confraternizações empresariais. Cito as organizadoras de eventos, pelo simples fatos de existir uma junção de fornecedores, como os buffet`s, os decoradores, o iluminador do palco, a banda, os garçons, as recepcionistas, os cerimonialistas.
Algumas empresas tem quase todas essas estruturas em uma só empresa, mas outras empresas do ramo realizam a terceirização
de alguns serviços para o mesmo setor, por não terem todo o conhecimento ou não
tem toda as estruturas necessárias para realizar um evento.
Uma forma de se obter uma rede de contatos (networking) é participando de palestras, workshops, congressos, confraternizações empresariais, e assim é uma forma de aumentar seus contatos e fazer com que sua empresa seja um sucesso.

Today, I went to the beach with my children. I found a sea
