Ensinar nossas crianças sobre ética, valores e altruísmo tornará os adultos do futuro capazes de mudar o futuro do Brasil

Já faz algum tempo que penso em escrever sobre a importância da educação infantil na formação de um adulto de verdade, ou seja, responsável, ético e altruísta. Já vi tantas situações em que crianças faziam escândalos em supermercados por não comprarem seus brinquedinhos, que já perdi a conta. Presenciei também situações em que crianças tratavam mal um garçom porque seu refrigerante estava demorando, ou então crianças batendo no rosto de sua mãe porque ela não queria comer sentada.
O fato é que todas as pessoas precisam ser educadas e talvez situações como essa sejam comuns na infância, porém essas situações só acontecem pela falta de correção dentro do ambiente familiar.
Acredito que muitos pais confundem o amor que sentem por seus filhos com a permissividade e acabam deixando de repreender seus filhos corrigindo-os, ensinando valores éticos, morais e dando a atenção necessária para formar cidadãos. Fazem isso por acreditar que seus filhos devam ter aquilo que não tiveram e que repreendê-los é fazer o filho sofrer. Infelizmente eles estão errados pois estão formando adultos egoístas que não sabem o valor das coisas e muito menos das pessoas, pois crescem com a ideia que os outros devem serví-los.
Mesmo que a maioria dos adultos não haja de forma tão absurdamente descompromissada, atuando como pai ou mãe, ainda sim, grande parte dessa falta de valores ainda perdura quando essas crianças tornam-se adultas, pois ainda vemos muitas pessoas agindo com desrespeito, falta de profissionalismo e egoísmo com colegas de trabalho, subordinados e prestadores de serviço. São pessoas que vivem conforme a famosa “Lei de Gerson” que ainda está entranhada na cultura do brasileiro.
Para quem não lembra ou não sabe, a Lei de Gerson remete a propaganda do cigarro Vila Rica na década de 70, em que o então jogador de futebol Gerson, convida o público a escolher o cigarro Vila Rica e fazer como ele que gosta de levar vantagem em tudo. Por mais simples que tal raciocínio possa parecer, esse tipo de conceito amplamente difundido por uma pessoa de extrema relevância naquela década, gerou atitudes e padrões totalmente inaceitáveis em qualquer sociedade desenvolvida pelo mundo.
É possível que alguns pensem, ao ler esse texto, que o que estou escrevendo é absurdo, de tão influenciado por essa premissa da Lei de Gerson. De qualquer forma tentarei explicar melhor a importância de uma educação infantil mais comprometida na formação de adultos. Todo dia vemos no noticiário denúncias de corrupção em políticos, servidores público, profissionais da iniciativa privada e até juízes como o caso do próprio Lalau, ex-juiz do trabalho que foi condenado no ano 2000 por desvio de verba.
Acontece que a corrupção começa de uma forma bem mais simples e aparentemente inofensiva. Vemos pessoas mentindo o tempo todo sobre qualquer coisa, e ao mesmo tempo recriminando quando um político descumpre uma promessa de governo, como a do Trem Bala em 2014 feita pela Presidente Dilma. É obvio que não estou defendendo qualquer posição política, mas não podemos criticar o outro e continuar fazendo a coisa errada.
Por exemplo, na minha visão não existe “mentira branca” como alguns insistem em dizer, como forma de justificar seus maus atos, dizendo ainda que mentira que não faz mal aos outros não tem problema. Em um país como o Brasil onde as pessoas não são punidas pelos seus atos de má fé, e que mesmo quando condenadas, grande parte continua impune devido sua influência ou riqueza, vemos sua famílias e amigos simplesmente apoiando seus atos, quando deveríamos ver tais práticas sendo criticadas sob a visão da ética e civilidade.
Esse tipo de acontecimento remete a um provincialismo absurdo, mostrando que o importante é ser rico e que vale tudo para isso. Lembro o caso recente dos Auditores Fiscais de São Paulo que montaram um esquema milionário de corrupção e que mesmo suas famílias sabendo do ocorrido continuaram apoiando-os e desfrutando das somas roubadas.
Lembro também de uma reportagem, vai me faltar a fonte, em que as pessoas eram entrevistadas na rua sobre o que achavam a corrupção no Brasil e o resultado era unânime quanto a desaprovação. Em outra pergunta, às mesmas pessoas, sobre o que elas fariam se tivessem a chance de receber alguma vantagem de forma ilícita, mais de 50% dos entrevistados disseram que aceitariam receber ou dar propina em troca de alguma vantagem, mesmo condenando esse tipo de atitude no governo.
Pergunto: De onde vem esse tipo de atitude senão a partir do que os pais ensinam para seus filhos através de valores e atitudes? Vivemos uma crise de falta de caráter no Brasil, sem perspectiva de melhora! Enquanto não mudarmos a forma de educar nossas crianças, ensinando valores éticos e morais, ensinando-as também sobre o valor do trabalho e como administrar o seu dinheiro, não teremos adultos corretos dispostos a ajudar o próximo e a mudar o Brasil de verdade.
