As desigualdades sociais não são acidentais, e sim produzidas por um conjunto de relações que abrangem as esferas da vida social, a alma capitalista da sociedade deixa claro que a remuneração e a posição social faz um indivíduo ser melhor que o outro, não por ética, ou por alguma ação de grandiosa demonstração de caráter, mas pelo simples fato de manter um padrão de vida diferente

Brasil, terra de encantos mil, cartões postais de paisagens encantadoras, tais como o Cristo Redentor no Rio de Janeiro, o Elevador Lacerda na Bahia e sem esquecer de mencionar as belíssimas praias do nordeste, o Brasil recebe em média 5,7 milhões de turistas estrangeiros por ano, grandes riquezas que não conseguem esconder o seu pior cartão postal, mesmo incluído entre os oito países mais ricos do mundo, esta apresentado pela ONU entre os dez mais desiguais socialmente. A desigualdade social esfola o brasileiro e a imagem do Brasil. Se manifesta entre regiões, estados, meio rural, meio urbano, entre centro e periferia e entre as raças. Essa disparidade econômica se reflete especialmente sobre a qualidade de vida da população: expectativa de vida, mortalidade infantil e analfabetismo, dentre outros aspectos.
Quando temos uma visão, de um indivíduo ou grupo social diferente, baseado em valores próprios ou padrões adotados pela nossa cultura, acabamos considerando o nosso ponto de vista ou nossa cultura como sendo mais correto e natural. E a tendência do ser humano é negar ou repudiar o que é diferente. Acontece então à dificuldade de enxergar o mundo com sua multiplicidade e o resultado disso é discriminar os que são diferentes.
A desigualdade social é tratar o outro como desigual, centralizando o poder na mão de poucos, de acordo com Marx ela se baseia nas relações entre as classes e ocorre quando o poder se concentra nas mãos de poucos. As desigualdades sociais não são acidentais, e sim produzidas por um conjunto de relações que abrangem as esferas da vida social, é simples comprovar isso ao observar empregos como de um executivo e de um gari.
Qual a diferença entre duas profissões honestas e decentes? Do ponto de vista ético e racional, nenhuma. A diferença é a visão conservadora que foi herdada no Brasil, a alma capitalista da sociedade deixa claro que a remuneração e a posição social faz um individuo ser melhor que o outro, não por ética, ou por alguma ação de grandiosa demonstração de caráter, mas pelo simples fato de manter um padrão de vida diferente.
A questão não é qual trabalho é melhor ou pior, todos que trabalham, merecem respeito, é obvio que profissões mais especializadas pagam mais, a questão é que, a remuneração, não deveria ser fator primordial para elevar julgamento de caráter ou valor, ganhar mais porque tem uma profissão especializada não torna ninguém melhor que ninguém.
A igualdade da sociedade brasileira sempre esteve a um passo de não existir, não somente no valor econômico social, Mas em tantos outros aspectos, e a mudança desse cenário não depende apenas de governantes ou daqueles a que vivem bem sucedidos, acreditar e pensar ações para um Brasil mais justo e igualitário é dever de cada cidadão que imagina uma sociedade onde reconheça overdadeiro valor de cada um, pois o mesmo não esta no TER, mas sim no SER.
