Polícia prende terceiro envolvido na morte do taxista de Ribeirão Bonito
Acusado estava no jardim Zavaglia em São Carlos

A Polícia Civil de Ribeirão Bonito junto com policiais da Delegacia de Investigações Gerais (DIG) de São Carlos prenderam na tarde desta sexta-feira (14) o terceiro envolvido no latrocínio, roubo seguido de morte, contra o taxista ribeirão-bonitense José Claudio de Bodas, de 59 anos.
A equipe da Delegacia de Ribeirão Bonito, comandada pelo Dr. Reinaldo Lopes Machado, recebeu a informação que Douglas Aparecido Antunes, vulgo Gordo, de 22 anos, estava no Jardim Zavaglia, em São Carlos, e por se tratar de uma região perigosa pediu apoio à DIG e juntas foram até o bairro com o objetivo de localizar o criminoso.
Durante patrulhamento pela localidade, um dos policiais civis reconheceu o meliante e o abordou, tendo êxito em prender o indivíduo.
Gordo estava com o relógio de pulso da vítima e confessou o crime, afirmando que ele junto com o menor de 15 anos que jogaram o taxista de cima da ponte.
O criminoso também disse que os três realizaram o latrocínio pois estavam precisando de dinheiro para comprar drogas.
Gordo responderá por latrocínio e pode pegar mais de 20 anos de prisão.

Foi um ótimo trabalho da Policia Parabéns, mas e agora? As nossas leis vão punir ou proteger estes assassinos?
O assassino maior de idade irá a júri popular e poderá ser condenado pelo crime com pena mais ou menos de 15 a 25 anos; já os “di menor” poderão ser recolhidos à Fundação Casa, cumprindo medida disciplinar até completarem 18 anos quando, já recuperados, serão libertados com a ficha criminal limpa!
Nos EUA, dependendo do Estado onde o crime foi cometido, o maior poderia ser condenado à morte ou no mínimo pegar uma perpétua sem progressão de regime e os menores com certeza pegariam a perpétua!
Acho que algo deve justificar os EUA com 300 milhões/hab ter 4 milhões de detentos e o Brasil com 200 milhões/hab ter 600 mil detentos. Ou somos um povo muito ordeiro ou estamos vivendo num lixo de país do faz de conta! Onde nossos legisladores vivem em condomínios de luxo, deslocam-se com seus carros blindados, passam suas férias no exterior e sobrevivem com nossos votos!
Somente para esclarecer, o crime praticado foi Latrocínio (Roubo seguido de morte) em que o autor visou o patrimônio da Vítima; podendo responder também por corrupção de menores; então, nesse caso, não há Juri, o Juiz singular é quem dará a sentença; quanto aos menores, poderão permanecer internados até os 21 anos!
Graças a Deus este vagabundo foi achado para não cometer mais uma maldade com pessoas inocentes, Deus nunca falha mesmo.Só espero que os demais também paguem pelo crime.
o Douglas tinha conhecimento com tratores e máquinas de escavação , cometeu o crime por que não gosta de trabalhar mesmo , esse papo de “dependente de droga” é uma desculpa que muitos usam , vagabundo é vagabundo e está no DNA do indivíduo . 20 anos é pouco para todos eles , vão comer e beber na prisão , para quem não gosta de trabalhar lá é um hotel .
