Polícia procura terceiro indivíduo acusado de roubar e matar taxista em Ribeirão Bonito
Douglas Aparecido Antunes, conhecido como Gordo, foi identificado após a prisão de dois adolescentes que também participaram do crime

As Polícias Militar e Civil de Ribeirão Bonito e região estão em busca de localizar o terceiro indivíduo acusado de participar do latrocínio, roubo seguido de morte, do taxista ribeirão-bonitense que aconteceu na tarde da quinta-feira (13).
Douglas Aparecido Antunes, vulgo Gordo, de 22 anos, é apontado como o terceiro indivíduo envolvido no roubo seguido de morte do taxista José Claudio de Bodas, de 59 anos.
Os outros dois envolvidos são menores de idade, um de 15 e outro de 17 anos, sendo que o mais novo esteve envolvido em duas ocorrências de tráfico de drogas nos últimos 30 dias.
Foram os adolescentes que confessaram a participação de Antunes no crime contra o taxista. Os menores foram presos e estão a disposição da Justiça.
Quem tiver alguma informação sobre o paradeiro de Douglas pode denunciar à polícia através do Disque Denuncia 181. A identidade do denunciante será mantida em sigilo.

Caso me trás uma desconfiança da Policia e do Judiciário, Desconfiança esta não por desonestidade do orgão, mas sim por “desídia”. tendo em vista as duas ocorrência que relatam na reportagem envolvendo o menor, Gostaria de Saber se a Delegacia tomou as devidas providencia, Através da Lei da Transparência em vigência em todos os órgãos publico estarei questionando o fato a Delegacia Local em breve. Os menores vão assumir a culpa, livrando a cara do maior de idade.
Então os dois menores de idade, vão para a universidade do crime, que é a Fundação Casa.
Daqui a 3 anos os menores vão sair formados, pós graduados e doutores em bandidagem.
Voltarão para Ribeirão Bonito e sabe-se lá o que farão.
O maior vai ser processado, mas como co-autor do crime e logo se livra das grades, isso, se for condenado.
É uma vergonha, agora os réus estão cheios de “direitos humanos”. Devem ser bem tratados, não podem levar nem umas bolachas, etc…
Pergunto: e os direitos humanos da vítima?
É que não podemos fazer isso, pois a lei e mais ainda os princípios cristãos que norteiam nossa sociedade não permitem.
Mas que o linchamento em praça pública desses três excrementos de nossa sociedade bem que cairia bem.
Como um recado para os demais bandidinhos de Ribeirão Bonito. Aqui não. Se aprontar, morre….
Mas, pelas nossas leis, logo estarão de volta as ruas, aprimorados nas técnicas da bandidagem…

Desculpem,mais cade nossos vereadores,para exigirem atitudes para nossa cidade que esta se acabando em nada,pois nada temos para nossos crianças,não temos projeto algum que incentivem as crianças e os adolescentes de nossa cidade.Podemos viver assim cada dia que passa ficando pra trás,aqui nada melhora tudo piora.Não ficamos conhecidos no mundo, com coisas boas mais sempre notícias ruins.Primeiro prefeito corrupto,depois buracão e agora só somos conhecidos a cidade das drogas!!!!
Já disse no outro tópico (que notícia a morte da vítima) que as providencias cabíveis, aquelas estabelecidas pelo ECA foram tomadas pelas Policias (todas as provas foram colhidas, documentadas e enviadas ao judiciário!) Se todos procurassem se informar (ao invés de “desconfiarem” de “desídia” das instituições) Saberiam que a Policia Civil (“Delegacia de Policia”) através do Delegado de Policia, NÃO TEM COMPETÊNCIA PARA APREENDER MENOR DE IDADE, SEM DETERMINAÇÃO DO JUIZ! Os menores em questão haviam cometido crimes, até então, que o ECA não autoriza sua apreensão imediata (Trafico de Drogas, furtos, danos)! MENORES SOMENTE SERÃO APREENDIDOS NO MOMENTO DOS FATOS, QUANDO COMETEREM CRIME COM VIOLÊNCIA OU GRAVE AMEAÇA! Isso é infelizmente, o que determina o ECA! A Policia, a Promotoria e o Judiciário estão obrigados a seguir o que determina a lei (ECA) ou seja, a Policia Civil colhe e documenta as provas do crime, envia ao Promotor e ao Juiz, estes novamente ouvem os autores, pais, vitimas, testemunhas (policiais, etc..); aguardam a manifestação da defesa, etc..(tudo com prazos determinados por Lei) e somente depois disso é que será dado o veredicto (com direito a recurso!)! O cidadão tem todo direito de questionar órgãos públicos sobre seus serviços; mas que procure se informar e que o faça da maneira correta! MARTINHO LUTERO, se quer que alguma coisa melhore, aproveite toda essa determinação e cobre dos órgãos públicos (que tem poder para mudar algo, ex: Congresso Nacional, etc..) , leis que realmente punam os criminosos, principalmente os menores (tão beneficiados pelo ECA); cobre dos políticos, que vc votou, melhorias nas condições de segurança (mais policiais, melhores condições, monitoramento por câmeras); que os governantes realmente combatam o crime organizado (e não façam negociatas ou conchavos visando a reeleição)! Mas se quiser cobrar as “providencias” tomadas pela “Delegacia de Policia local” (Policia Civil) esteja a vontade; nós temos plena convicção de que tudo que era possível, foi feito! Quanto a denuncia de “Cracolândia” etc..; pode ter certeza que a Policia não está de olhos fechados para tais fatos e que caso realmente existam, certamente providencias estão sendo tomadas! Porém, cabe aqui frisar que caso vc cidadão de bem queira denunciar crime e auxiliar a policia, que o faça pelo modo correto (disque denúncia, disque 100, Delegacia de Policia 33441122, PM 190), ou procure diretamente na Delegacia de Policia. Denunciar em um blog da Internet em nada auxilia! Pois ao mesmo tempo que a Policia toma ciência (caso já não tenha tomado anteriormente) os criminosos denunciados também, e assim, ficam precavidos sobre possíveis investidas da Policia! Esse tipo de denuncia publica, ao invés de auxiliar a Policia a atrapalha, caso já venha trabalhando no caso!
E É VERDADE TUDO ISSO!

Sou nascida em Ribeirão Bonito tenho familiares ai , e me revoltei muito com esse crime , acho que menor ou não deviam ficar presos ou amarrados a um poste na praça sem agua nem comida por pelo menos sete dias , garanto que outros pensariam muito antes de tirar a vida de um trabalhador , que foi brutamente assasinado , por simples desejo de executar a maldade ,mas infelizmente nosso Pais e o Brasil , e nossa Presidente , acha que menor pode votar , mas para pagar pelos crimes que cometem são adolecentes, crianças coitadinhos , Acorda Brasil , honra tua Bandeira vamos exigir as leis para tds , sem excessão , !!!!
