Políticas Públicas para Juventude em Ribeirão Bonito? Ã? Hum!!! O quê?

O que está acontecendo em Ribeirão Bonito não é de hoje, já vem de bom tempo, podemos dizer e ser redundante que iniciou no começo, quando as drogas mais pesadas começaram a invadir o cenário municipal, principalmente o crack.
Hoje pelas ruas, basta dar uma volta em todos os bairros, isso mesmo TODOS, da cidade, se vê noias afogados no crack e que a única coisa que pensam é usar o maldito crack.
Venho acompanhando de perto o trabalho das Polícias Militar e Civil e o aumento na apreensão de drogas não se deu porque os policiais começaram a trabalhar como muitos idiotas dizem por aí, mas sim porque aumentou a quantidade de entorpecentes que chegam ao município.
A PM aborda aqui, pega drogas, a PC faz operação ali, pega drogas, enquanto prende de um lado, chega ao monte por outro, isso porque o número de viciados cresceu absurdamente em Ribeirão Bonito e posso dizer que um dos fatores para isso é a falta de políticas públicas para juventude.
Muitos vão entender que estou criticando a atual administração, na verdade estou sim, não apenas quem está no poder hoje, mas sim os que passaram nos últimos 15 anos pelo comando de Ribeirão Bonito.
Se observarmos com atenção, de 2000 para cá nossa querida Ribeirão Bonito só ganhou repercussão nas grandes mídias por coisas ruins, viramos a cidade dos corruptos, do buracão da Malvinas, do mensalinho e agora da criminalidade, onde a droga tomou conta e os usuários cada dia mais estão envolvidos no crime para sustentar os seus vícios.
Não quero apenas falar do passado, se chegou a esta situação agora temos nós cidadãos que queremos o bem do município correr atrás e tentar reverter o mais rápido possível o quadro, posso dizer o livro que está sendo escrito sobre nossa cidade.
É hora dos Poderes Executivo, Legislativo e Judiciário pensarem no que fazer para melhorar o futuro das crianças e adolescentes e não mais passar a mão na cabeça de muitos menores infratores que hoje fumam maconha com 12 anos e aos 15 praticam um latrocínio, pois caso contrário a população irá começar a fazer JUSTIÇA com as próprias mãos.
Nossos policiais, tanto militares quanto civis, estão de parabéns pelo trabalho que vem desenvolvendo em Ribeirão Bonito.
Para finalizar, só peço que os três poderes citados acima deem respaldo e olhem com atenção a esses guerreiros que estão todos os dias na linha de frente contra a criminalidade e protejam de qualquer atentado contra a vida deles e dos trabalhadores da imprensa, pois não é de hoje que tanto policiais quanto jornalistas são ameaçados por criminosos, alguns menores de idade, e nada podem fazer, a não ser apenas trabalhar e se trancar em casa nas horas de lazer para que possam ter PAZ.

Temos um grande problema , a Constituição foi burlada , a criação do E.C.A. foi tiro pela culatra , corrupção atinge todas as áreas , e o povo de má índole prolifera , li um comentário via facebook que um dos pais de um dos menores protestantes no caso da escola Coronel estava de acordo de que o filho tinha direito de apoiar os criminosos .
O que dizer ou pensar sobre isso ????? será que todos querem melhorar ????? os heróis de muitos fazem parte do crime !!!!!!!!
Vejo aqui na minha rua , reclamam da vida ,mas uma pequena sombra serve para agrupar uns 6 ou mais homens para jogar dominó em plena segunda-feira . Será que realmente querem mudar a situação ou esperam do governo apenas diversão , muitos não querem empregos , serviço , querem apenas diversão … e o pior que se divertem com bebidas , músicas de baixo calão e gestos obscenos sem respeitar crianças ,que crescem nesse tipo de ambiente e sobra-lhes pouca perspectiva para o futuro .
Infelizmente a P.M. mostra seu Brasão , trabalha muito realmente, e o motivo é justamente o que o Jornalista acima citou , mas a lei não os ampara (como citado acima), não nos ampara ,na maioria das vezes somos frustrados , e mesmo quando obtêm êxito sabemos que os criminosos se adaptam à sombra ,banho de sol e comida fresca .
Seria muito bom se algo extraordinário viesse a acontecer para que toda classe de trabalhador tenha Paz e a liberdade de usufruir de nossa cidade , mas . . . não sabemos se vai acontecer .

SEGURANÇA E COMBATE ÀS DROGAS Amigos do FB, pensei em algumas sugestões de medidas que podem ser adotadas para o combate às drogas, ao tráfico e melhora da segurança em Ribeirão Bonito. Peço aos que concordarem que compartilhem este post para que chegando ao maior número de pessoas, chegue também ao nosso prefeito, vereadores e demais autoridades. 1-Criação imediata de uma Guarda Municipal com alocação de pelo menos um guarda em cada escola da cidade durante todo o período de aulas, 2-Exigir do governo do estado e do comando da PM aumento do efetivo e do número de viaturas de modo que haja uma guarnição em cada grande bairro (Centro, Centenário e Malvinas) durante as 24 horas 3-Instalação de câmeras de segurança em parceria com a iniciativa privada em pontos estratégicos, 4- Exigir aos órgãos responsáveis que delegado, promotor e juiz fixem residência na cidade, 5-Parceria com a Guarda Mirim ou criação de programa semelhante para que todo menor infrator seja colocado num programa de estudo/trabalho/esporte que ocupe o seu tempo. 6-Criação de um núcleo de atenção social e tratamento aos dependentes químicos, principalmente menores e suas famílias. 7-Construção de portais nas principais vias de acesso à cidade com registro fotográfico da entrada e saída de todos os veículos 8-Criar parceria com ONGS, OSCIPS, SESI, SENAI, iniciativa privada para qualificação profissional e auxílio na colocação de jovens Estou ciente de que é muita coisa, um pouco difícil, mas nem de longe é impossível se houver empenho das autoridades e da população. As drogas, o tráfico são os principais problemas de saúde pública e segurança de nossa cidade.
achei super interessante as sugestões do Dr.Baldavira e tenho mais duas a acrecentar;1-a igreja abraçar esses jovens,qualquer igreja,qualquer religião porque sabemos de que melhor do que qualquer tratamento quimico é Deus que age com melhor eficiencia…tiremos como exemplo alguns missionarios que aqui estiveram e nos contou histórias de suas vidas.2-a proerd ser matéria para todas as idades (do pré ao colegial) UMA MUSICA SÓ É CONHECIDA QUANDO TOCADA VARIAS VEZES….porque eu acho que previnir sempre sera o melhor remedio

Concordo plenamente com o Dr. Marcos Baldavira, tanto que na sessão passada, indiquei instalação de câmeras monitoras nas entradas da cidade e na próxima segunda-feira,(17) já está protocolado um requerimento sobre a implantação da Guarda Municipal.
