Convênio beneficiará o distrito de Guarapiranga e contempla a regularização de 237 lotes

A Prefeitura de Ribeirão Bonito assinou convênio com o Governo do Estado de São Paulo visando regularizar imóveis que estão em situação informal.
Denominado de Programa Cidade Legal, o convênio beneficiará o distrito de Guarapiranga e contemplará a regularização de 237 lotes. “Formalizamos uma nova etapa do Programa com a vinda do advogado Diego Azzolini, que representa o Consórcio CMT/Cidade Legal responsável pela realização do Programa. Esta etapa do convênio beneficiará o distrito de Guarapiranga e contempla a regularização de 237 lotes. O primeiro passo será uma análise socioeconômica para, em seguida, iniciar o cadastro de pessoas que poderão se beneficiar do Programa que é voltado exclusivamente para a população de baixa renda, desde que o proprietário não tenha outro imóvel em seu nome e desde que seu imóvel seja destinado para moradia”, escreveu o prefeito Antonio Carlos Caregaro (Cidadania) nas redes sociais.

Programa

O Programa Cidade Legal foi criado em agosto de 2007 com o objetivo de implementar, agilizar e desburocratizar as ações e os processos de regularizações fundiárias de núcleos habitacionais.
Para apoiar a população residente nesses espaços informais, o Estado disponibiliza aos municípios uma equipe profissional multidisciplinar de alta qualidade e reconhecimento técnico que realiza diversos serviços, entre eles, capacitação do corpo técnico municipal, análise, estudo e aprovação dos projetos de regularização apresentados.
Além desse auxílio e orientação, o Cidade Legal mantém contrato com cinco consórcios de empresas especializadas no assunto, o que possibilita a realização de milhares de serviços essenciais à regularização fundiária urbana, sem custo algum ou contrapartida financeira ao município conveniado.
