Rapaz é detido por embriaguez ao volante em Ribeirão Bonito
Flagrante aconteceu na madrugada desta quarta-feira (5) após a PM perceber que um carro poderia causar acidentes no Centro da cidade

Um rapaz foi detido pela Polícia Militar (PM) após ser flagrado dirigindo alcoolizado pelas ruas de Ribeirão Bonito na madrugada desta quarta-feira (5).
Segundo informações contidas no Boletim de Ocorrência da PM, os policiais, Sargento Carini e Cabo Wagner, faziam patrulhamento pela região central da cidade quando avistaram um Gol, prata, ocupado por quatro pessoas, trafegando em situação perigosa, em alta velocidade, quase causando acidente e deram sinal de parada.
O condutor do carro, D.P., de 20 anos, não respeitou e tentou empreender fuga, seguindo para o Jardim Centenário, mas acabou sendo abordado pela equipe policial na Rua Abrão Issa, com o apoio dos policiais, Cabo Gideão e Soldado Amorim.
Durante averiguação, os militares perceberam que o rapaz apresentava sinais visíveis de embriaguez, como fala pastosa, odor etílico, olhos vermelhos e cambaleando, não conseguindo parar em pé.
Submetido ao teste do etilômetro, o famoso bafômetro, o aparelho apontou que havia 0,67 miligramas de álcool por litro de ar no corpo do jovem.
Diante dos fatos, o homem foi levado a Delegacia de Polícia, onde o delegado, Dr. Reinaldo Lopes Machado, deu voz de prisão em flagrante delito por embriaguez ao volante e estilou fiança de R$ 724.
O rapaz pagou o valor estipulado e foi liberado. O carro acabou apreendido e recolhido até o pátio e além da multa por embriaguez ao volante, no valor de R$ 1915, outras sete infrações de trânsito foram constatados.
Muito bem é isso ai ms que tem que fazer, vamos mexer no bolso porque o que dói não é matar os outros e sim pagar pelo erro.Só que a multa é muito pouca pelo perigo que ele estava causando.
