É possível encontrar restos de construções e lixo no local

Os motoristas que passam pela Rua Alves Costa, no Centro de Ribeirão Bonito, já se acostumaram a ver montanhas de entulho descartadas irregularmente no local e aumentando a cada dia.
São restos de construções e até lixo ocupando a rua e onde deveria existir uma calçada, atrapalhando, inclusive, a passagem de carros e pedestres.
A menos de 50m de onde está depositado o entulho existe uma placa da Prefeitura informando que é proibido jogar lixo no local.
O trecho da rua ainda é de terra e até hoje resta a dúvida na população se realmente é uma via para passagem de carros regularizada ou foi aberta de maneira irregular.
Os moradores que moram próximo pedem uma fiscalização maior neste sentido e assim evite que o descarte irregular continue acontecendo e deixando a cidade suja.
Lei – O artigo 145 da Lei 1919 14 de novembro de 2006 diz que é proibido depositar ou descarregar qualquer espécie de lixo, inclusive resíduos industriais, em terrenos localizados nas áreas urbanas de Ribeirão Bonito, mesmo que os terrenos não estejam devidamente fechados. O inciso primeiro ressalta que o impedimento se estende às margens de rodovias federais, estaduais e municipais, bem como caminhos que pertencem ao município.
Caso a lei seja descumprida, o infrator será penalizado com multa.
Não existe mais respeito pelo ser humano!!!E o meio em que vivemos.
Informação: Este quarteirão (em questão( era de propriedade particular, mas, na administração passada, houve uma permuta ou troca, ofereceu-se o terreno no outro lado do rio, com frente para a Avenida da Saudade e nós vereadores aprovamos, tanto é que eu mesmo fiz duas indicações para que fosse asfaltada! Agora a via pertence a municipalidade!

O problema não está em se discutir de quem é o terreno e sim quem jogou o entulho naquele local.Considero que a falta de educação do povo é a causa do problema. Enquanto não tivermos um povo mais consciente e responsável não teremos um governo que seja eficiente!!! Não haverá um bom administrador , se o povo não tiver a consciência do que seja cidadania; não tiver noção daquilo que se pode ou não se pode fazer. Devemos unir nossas forças pelo bem comum!
