O vereador Manoelito da Silva Gomes (DEM) está incomodado com as situação de terrenos e calçadas em Ribeirão Bonito, devido a isso, o parlamentar enviou ao Poder Executivo um requerimento cobrando explicação.
Gomes quer ser informado sobre o não cumprimento da Lei Municipal nº 2097, de 26 de maio de 2010, de autoria do ex-vereador Nelson de Souza (PRB), que dispõe sobre a manutenção de terrenos, calçadas e passeios.
De acordo com a justificativa do vereador, cabe ao Legislativo fiscalizar os atos da administração pública, e por isso o motivo de saber por que a lei não vem sendo cumprida.
A lei não vem sendo cumprida porque ninguém está nem aí! Basta caminhar pela cidade para observar o total descaso da administração pública quanto aos cuidados com a conservação do município. Observa-se que nos bairros periféricos muitos moradores adequaram seus imóveis com base nessa lei, enquanto que em outros locais simplesmente ignoraram porque sabiam que não haveria cobrança, fiscalização e muito menos punição. É mato alto para todo lado, falta de muro, portões e calçada em terrenos, calçadas esburacadas, tocos de árvores nas calçadas, árvores sem podas, materiais de construção, animais e sujeira pra todo lado; é todo tipo de descaso com a população que só pode ser corrigido com notificações e pesadas multas aos infratores. É justamente onde deve atuar a administração pública (vejam o nome “administração”), pois a lei já existe.
Apenas corrigindo o ano de publicação da lei que é a n.° 2097 de 26 de março de 2010. Atenção que a lei também diz respeito a queimadas em terrenos e que logo chegue o período de poucas chuvas, a péssima prática é comumente encontrada por toda a cidade.
