Frequentemente sou questionado sobre a gestão do tempo familiar. Em primeiro lugar, é importante deixar claro que precisamos classificar nossas atividades em importante, urgente e circunstancial, essa é a Tríade do Tempo. A classificação é algo muito pessoal, cada um terá uma definição específica. Por exemplo, ir ao supermercado pode ser totalmente circunstancial para um (algo feito sem vontade, por pura necessidade ou obrigação), já para outras pessoas pode ser algo importante. Não é cabível julgamento nessas situações.
A partir do momento que entendemos isso, nos tornamos capazes de compreender o porquê as pessoas da mesma família brigam, os motivos dos conflitos desnecessários e as razões que fazem alguns se anularem. O simples fato de termos percepções diferentes da Tríade das atividades diárias é um fator de confusão. E esse conceito se aplica tanto para uma empresa, uma equipe ou em casa.
O grande problema da gestão do tempo em família está no momento em que você começa a fazer apenas o circunstancial e não coloca a sua opinião na relação. Isso gera um desgaste, torna a relação chata e surge uma vontade de sumir.
Vale lembrar também que a outra parte, aquela que fica só casa, tocando o dia a dia, também se cansa e fica cheia de tarefas que acredita que poderia contar com uma ajudar para realizar. Ou seja, em alguns momentos você tem que ceder, em outros precisa aprender a dizer não e, em certas situações, ambos precisam chegar a um consenso.
Uma boa forma de trazer essa questão à tona é justamente escancarar as atividades. Reserve um dia para reunir a família e listem todas as tarefas realizadas por cada um, com os nomes de quem tem sido o responsável pela execução (isso pode chocar, geralmente, a lista é bem desbalanceada) e classificação das atividades de acordo com a Tríade. Feito isso e analisando as atividades, discutam juntos o que pode ser delegado, o que você pode ceder e o que o bom senso pode ajudar.
Inclua também atividades de lazer, passeios, planos de viagem etc. Ações prazerosas no meio da rotina agitada são estimulantes e fortalecem os valores do casal e da família nos momentos difíceis.
Você deve reservar um tempo na sua agenda para as atividades da família. Sejam elas importantes ou circunstanciais. Não dá para ter 100% de importante, isso é irreal, mas se ele for maior e bem negociado, as outras prioridades e a vida como um todo pode ficar muito mais fácil.
